Our ground floor bar, House of Julep, is open Monday–Saturday from 3pm.

A relaxed yet refined space dedicated to juleps and smashes, with a menu that celebrates fresh ingredients and bold flavour combinations—including our signature house cocktails.

Cato’s Basement—Origins

Origins is our menu served in Cato’s Basement, open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm.

A love letter to New York, without pretending we’re in New York. Each drink takes you to a different neighbourhood and the community that shaped it, pairing an ingredient from there with spirits and produce grown, found or foraged closer to home. Two places, two ingredients, one drink.

Tables are allocated across both floors based on availability; requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
